Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
- Monitor and report on property condition

Requirements:
- 3 years administrative experience
- 2 years experience working in property management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
