About the Role:
A highly skilled and responsive individual is required to lead a team of repair operatives, delivering high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking complex diagnostics, coordinating multi-trade repair projects, and ensuring the effective management of repairs affecting multiple properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre and post inspections on tenanted properties.
- Attend evening TA meetings and maintain responsiveness to internal and external customer needs.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social housing with a trade background, preferably in carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering, and tiling. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and a proven track record of meeting deadlines are essential.
