Job Title: Contractor Repair Manager
Location: North East London
Our client, a leading property services contractor, is seeking a skilled Contractor Repair Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a senior role in managing maintenance teams and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team performance and ensure they are clear in terms of their roles and responsibilities.
- Resolve complaints and inform management of any areas of dissatisfaction.
- Oversee the development and implementation of action plans to address any issues.
Requirements:
- Strong trade technical knowledge.
- SMSTS certification.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Level 3 trade or supervisor NVQ.
- Supervisory/management-level CSCS.
- Full UK driving license.
