Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Returns Administrator to join our team at JMK Resourcing Solutions. As a Returns Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain product return spreadsheets to track and analyze return data.
  • Organize returned product delivery processes and liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze product inspection reports and update relevant data into company systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to implement quality assurance findings and drive product improvements.
  • Communicate with factories and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Investigate customer queries and complaints, and respond to online portal inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work independently and as part of the team to complete tasks accurately and within deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate database records and update internal and customer systems.
  • Build relationships with customer quality assurance contacts to ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide support to the product development team on various tasks and activities.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in communicating with external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in product/distribution or warehousing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Organized approach to work and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
