Gooisoft is a rapidly growing company, and we are seeking an enthusiastic administrative apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting, varied, and busy role for someone keen to learn valuable transferable skills and work in a friendly environment.

You will be joining our Maintenance Administration team at Gooisoft.

We Will Teach You How To
  1. Place an order
  2. Match supplier invoices with goods received notes
  3. Source the most affordable materials
  4. Maintain the stock and return database
  5. Feedback to relevant departments
  6. Support the department with general administrative tasks, as required
We Need You To Be
  1. Keen to learn, interested in the job, and committed to the apprenticeship opportunity

You Need To Have
  1. 5 GCSEs at grade 5 and above or equivalent, which must include English and Maths.
  2. Candidates with A level or equivalent Level 3 qualifications and degree holders who have no previous qualification within this field are also able to apply.
  3. Equivalent and alternative qualifications to those listed are also accepted.
Ideally, You Will Also Have
  1. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  2. Good telephone manner and confidence in speaking on the phone
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
