CLIENT SUPPORT AND RETURNS COORDINATOR JOB OVERVIEW:

This role encompasses a diverse range of customer support and administrative responsibilities, along with the potential for professional growth within an expanding organization.

In addition to comprehensive training, the Client Support Coordinator will have the chance to receive an annual performance bonus, in addition to the base salary, along with other benefits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT SUPPORT COORDINATOR:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries - primarily through email, but also via phone as necessary - managing a range of questions related to product availability, pricing details, order issues, and more.
Oversee the order processing from initiation to final billing.Collaborate with sales representatives and agents regarding customer accounts, inquiries, and any related challenges with orders, deliveries, or returns.
Coordinate the shipment of products to clients - liaising with couriers, third-party service providers, and the distribution team to ensure timely dispatch of items.
Proficiency in both internal systems and Microsoft Office is essential, as confidence in utilizing various software and tools is required for effective learning and adaptation. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer support role is required, as daily interactions will occur with individuals at all organizational levels.
Strong familiarity with systems and spreadsheets is crucial - while training will be provided, a confident user of technology is necessary for swift learning.
Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal - you will engage with clients and internal teams through phone and email correspondence.
Our client offers a competitive base salary, along with an annual bonus and flexible working options.They are particularly interested in candidates who are willing to work from their modern offices at least twice a week, but are open to offering more flexibility based on experience, if needed.
