Business Development Manager

Allica Bank Limited, a leading fintech company in the UK, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in your local area.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SME banking and commercial lending, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with our relationship managers to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
This is a full-time position based at Allica Bank's office in Scotland. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including private health cover, pension contributions, and discretionary bonus scheme.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your local area
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Work closely with our relationship managers to deliver business plans and commercial performance targets
- Comply with all mandatory policies and procedures
