Key Responsibilities

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing specific product portfolios and categories within specified accounts, liaising daily with customers to ensure trading and cross-functional objectives are achieved.

  • Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain accurate forecasts and review progress through Continuous Improvement Reviews.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Branded growth within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Business Performance, and Commercial Planning functions to drive revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Present progress against budget and customer Key Business Plan (KBP) at weekly/monthly Commercial Improvement Meetings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in commercial management with major retailers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this Sales Account Manager position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
