The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £29,000 to £31,000 per annum.

Job Summary

We are seeking an ICT Support Specialist to join our team in Cumbernauld. As a key member of our Field Services department, you will provide technical support and maintenance for all ICT equipment across the establishment.

Main Responsibilities

  1. First-line repair and maintenance of ICT equipment, including hardware and software
  2. Operation and management of ICT equipment and systems
  3. Assisting with the production of ICT materials and maintaining ITSM call logging systems

Requirements

  • HNC (or equivalent) in an ICT or Electrical related subject
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of computing hardware and software
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Able to work closely and responsibly with children
