Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide ICT support to staff and students, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  2. Maintain and manage user accounts and permissions within a Microsoft environment.
  3. Assist in the setup and maintenance of classroom technology and AV equipment.
  4. Support project implementation, including network upgrades and software deployments.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in an ICT technician role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  2. Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems and network troubleshooting.
  3. Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle (travel expenses covered).
