Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Youth Goalkeeper Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our coaching staff to design and deliver coaching sessions that cater to the needs of youth goalkeepers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver coaching sessions that meet the needs of youth goalkeepers.
  • Provide expert guidance and feedback to goalkeepers before and after matches.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of our coaching curriculum.
  • Contribute to individual development plans for each goalkeeper.
  • Work closely with the Head of Goalkeeping, Academy Manager, and 1st Team Manager to ensure our goalkeeping development strategy aligns with the club's overall objectives.
  • Attend goalkeeping department and academy meetings, as well as CPD opportunities.

Applicants should have experience coaching within the girls' and women's game or possess relevant playing experience combined with coaching education. We also require candidates to hold or be willing to obtain PVG disclosure, Safeguarding, and First Aid certification. The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000.
