Residential Scheme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Residential Scheme Coordinator to join our team at Stonewater. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for delivering an on-site housing management service that supports our residents to lead independent lives in a safe environment.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our independent living scheme. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out well-being checks and responding to emerging changes in circumstances.
  • Identifying and managing risk, including safeguarding, and taking accountability for ensuring appropriate actions are taken and controls are in place to manage the risk.
  • Engaging with older people and their families and supporting them to identify issues that are important to them and how they would like to progress them.
Benefits and Salary

Our estimated salary range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and access to training and development opportunities.
