About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Independent Living Scheme Coordinator to join our team at Stonewater (2) Limited. This is a full-time position responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of an independent living scheme, ensuring that residents receive the support they need to live independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out well-being checks, responding to emergencies, and managing risks associated with the scheme. They will also develop relationships with partner agencies to provide additional support services for residents.

This role involves producing and managing a programme of well-being and social initiatives, both onsite and virtually, to support and empower older customers. The salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, and comes with a range of benefits including a specialist shared-ownership product, retirement savings plan, life assurance, interest-free loan for home work spaces, career development opportunities, and more.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a housing environment or recent demonstrable experience of frontline customer service.
  • Good general IT skills including Microsoft Office applications and a willingness and aptitude to learn our in-house systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate information clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and a wide range of contractors, external agencies etc.
  • Thinks practically and logically and produces high quality work, overcoming problems/issues to meet deadlines.
