About the Role
This 24-hour per week position, including alternate weekends, requires a highly organized and creative individual who can plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating activities that promote social engagement and independence
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and stimulating programme
- Engaging with residents and their families to understand their preferences and needs
- Accurately documenting activity participation and resident feedback

Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work creatively and think outside the box
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and support
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

What We Offer
As an Activity Programme Coordinator at Amica Care Trust, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive training programme, cycle-to-work scheme, pension scheme, and Employee Assistance Programme.
