**Job Title**:
We are seeking a Team Manager to shape the Families First for Children Pathfinder initiative, working closely with local authorities, schools, and community organizations to ensure the well-being of children and families.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to children and families
2. Collaborate with local authorities, schools, and community organizations to develop and implement effective strategies
3. Utilize performance data to inform and improve practice
4. Prioritize child-focused approaches and ensure the well-being of children and families
**Salary and Benefits**:
• Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
• Generous relocation package up to £8,000 (tax-free) for eligible elements
