**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a qualified social worker to lead and manage our team of professionals in providing high-quality services to children and families in Dorset. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the Families First for Children Pathfinder initiative, working closely with local authorities, schools, and community organizations to ensure the well-being of children and families.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing dynamic teams, prioritizing child-focused approaches, and utilizing performance data to inform practice. You will join our exceptional teams in children's services, where you will be fully supported and appreciated throughout your career.
