Main Responsibilities- Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to each student's educational goals, incorporating best practices and evidence-based strategies.
- Student Progress: Regularly monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Establish open and effective communication channels with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
- Safeguarding: Uphold a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and practices, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
