Job Summary:

This Casual Child Residential Support Worker role involves working with children and young people, understanding their issues, and promoting their welfare. The successful candidate will have a Residential Childcare Diploma or equivalent and excellent communication skills.


Main Job Responsibilities:

As a Residential Child Support Specialist, you will:

  • Foster positive relationships with young people.
  • Support residents in developing their interests and social skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience of working with children and young people.
  • Flexibility in your availability for 7 x 24 hour shifts, including sleep-ins.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and car for travelling.
