The Role: As a Residential Childcare Specialist, you will form part of the team working in our children's home at Lily Residential Services. This role involves supporting the young person's activities, daily care, and providing emotional support and stability.
About You: We are looking for passionate individuals who can make a positive impact in children's lives. Ideally, you will have experience in a children's home setting and hold, or be working towards, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
