Job Summary:
Acuity Care Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team in the Dorset region. As a Complex Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting complex care packages within clients' own homes, delivering high-quality care that meets their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in Intensive Care Units (ICU), spinal care units, or with complex care patients, demonstrating a high level of expertise in handling severe and multifaceted medical conditions. You will be responsible for managing complex cases, providing specialised care, and ensuring regulatory compliance standards are met.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension contributions, car allowance, and a collaborative and supportive working environment.

About the Role:

You will be required to work independently, managing your diary effectively, prioritising tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the safe transition and mobilisation of complex packages from hospital to home
- Maintain services for existing clients, ensuring ongoing high standards of care and safety are achieved
- Provide clinical training to support workers, as required
- Develop and maintain care plans, documenting clinical information on our electronic system PASS
- Regularly liaise with clients and support workers to ensure smooth package delivery

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with NMC registration
- Experience in ICU, spinal care, or complex care environments
- Ability to provide specialised care and manage complex cases
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management
- Possession of a valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations
