We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants at Castle View in Dorchester, Dorset.

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach. Previous experience in elderly care is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support from day one.
