About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care & Support Assistant to join our team at Maiden Castle House in Dorchester.

Job Description:
  • Work alongside a team of Care & Support Assistants to provide guidance and support during shifts.
  • Deliver person-centred care by identifying individual needs and abilities of residents.
  • Support residents to maintain independence and promote companionship.
  • Act as a point of escalation for incidents or events within the home.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care, with a willingness to work towards a NVQ 3
