Care Support Specialist

Cinox Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals requiring personalized care.
About the Role:
This rewarding position involves providing top-notch care and support to clients in their homes or care settings. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, mobility tasks, and light housekeeping duties. You will also be required to observe and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition to our personnel.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a genuine desire to provide care and companionship. Experience in healthcare or caregiving is beneficial, and we offer comprehensive training for successful candidates. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed, is essential. A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory. All candidates must undergo an enhanced DBS check.
Benefits:
Cinox Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, plus benefits such as company pension, on-site parking, and referral programme. Our ideal candidate will enjoy a stable work schedule with opportunities for overtime.
