About the RoleAs a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will be responsible for providing personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting customer health and well-being.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we want to ensure that they receive the highest level of care and support.

We are looking for individuals who are naturally compassionate, caring, and patient. You must have a full and valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK.
Excellent communication skills are also essential, as you will be working with customers and their families to provide the best possible care.

Our competitive rates of pay start at £13.00 per hour, and we also offer a range of benefits, including a 70p travel allowance, a Care Friends bonus scheme, and 28 days holiday pro rata.
