About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as household chores and grocery shopping
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team

Requirements

  • Basic cooking skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Bags of compassion and a passion for supporting others
  • Genuine interest in becoming a part of a caring, mission-led organisation

What We Offer

  • An excellent hourly rate of between £13.25 - £14.25ph
  • Enhanced evening rate after 18:00pm and weekends
