About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Social Care and Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to older adults and disabled individuals in Dorset.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Adult Social Care, working closely with experienced professionals to develop new skills and knowledge.

You will assist with various tasks, including arranging personal care and support in people's homes, coordinating support in residential care homes, and helping individuals with daily activities in day centres or supported employment settings.

Requirements:

  • Confidence and enthusiasm for working in Adult Social Care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £13-16 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
