About the Role:

We are recruiting for a skilled and dedicated Paediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Complex Care Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children with complex needs in their own homes, working closely with our Complex Care Managers and other healthcare professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage complex cases in different healthcare environments, showcasing versatility and comprehensive clinical expertise.
  • To adapt and thrive in various clinical settings, including hospitals, community care, and home-based care environments.
  • To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • To provide specialized care and manage complex cases, including advanced procedures and multi-disciplinary interventions.
  • To liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and make necessary alterations as needed.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Nurse with a strong background in complex care, preferably with ICU or spinal care experience. You should have excellent communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and a flexible attitude towards travel within the specified regions.
