Job Title: Residential Care Home Deputy Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Director to join our team at CountryCourt's brand-new luxury care home, Selwood House, in Charlton Down, Dorchester. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain standards of care delivered by qualified and unqualified care staff.
  • Create and manage duty rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Ensure the wellbeing of each resident is monitored, and care plans are updated accordingly.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in Care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with residents and their families.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (NVQ Level 5 advantageous).
