Deputy Care Home Management Role

Selwood House in Charlton Down, Dorchester, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new luxury care home, providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager across all aspects of home management, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support. This includes monitoring standards of care, preparing the staff duty rota, and acting as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors.
Requirements:- Proven experience of working in a residential care setting.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working with people with dementia.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 28 days annual leave, pension contributions, and enhanced bank holiday rates.
