Job Title: Adult Services Leadership Role

Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional leader to join their management team as an Adult Services Leadership Role. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead the delivery of services in the Integrated and Holistic Care Group, shaping the future of patient care.

As a seasoned professional, you will possess significant and recent operational middle management experience involving budgetary, staff and service management in an acute hospital setting. You will also have experience in managing and delivering significant organisational change programmes, as well as developing and implementing service/business planning.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide leadership and day-to-day management focusing on the delivery of services in the Integrated and Holistic Care Group.
  • To develop and maintain standards of the quality of care in line with national performance targets and trust initiatives and policies.
  • To work with and support the Deputy Divisional Director of Operations, Clinical Leads, Divisional Director of Operations, Divisional Director, Managers and Heads of Service to provide cohesive management team for the service.
