Job Description

Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Service Manager in our Urgent and Integrated Care Division.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in an acute hospital setting.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000-£70,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide leadership and day-to-day management of services within the Integrated and Holistic Care Group, focusing on delivering high-quality care to patients.
  • To lead on the improvement of the quality of care provided to patients, ensuring safety and productivity of resources are maintained.
  • To work collaboratively with the Deputy Divisional Director of Operations, Clinical Leads, Divisional Director, Managers, and Heads of Service to provide cohesive management for the service.
