Deputy Care Home Manager Opportunity

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at CountryCourt. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a senior leadership role and contribute to the success of our care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in leading the care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care
  • Develop and implement effective systems for monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to concerns
  • Manage the staff duty rota and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to provide seamless care services
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in Care
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • A willingness to work towards an NVQ Level 5
