Deputy Care Home Leader Role

In this role, you will support the Home Manager across all aspects of home management, providing a safe, caring, stimulating, and homely environment for residents and their visitors. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining high standards of care and ensuring that care plans are implemented effectively.
- Preparing and managing the staff duty rota to guarantee adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Overseeing the wellbeing of each resident and adapting care plans as necessary.
You will work closely with the Home Manager, residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support. We require someone with:
Desirable Qualities- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in care.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with people with dementia.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care; NVQ Level 5 is an advantage.
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of **£35,000-£45,000 per annum**, depending on your experience. Other benefits include 28 days holiday (FTE), annual pay reviews, pension contributions, and enhanced bank holiday rates.
