Home Care Assistant Coordinator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional support services and making a positive impact on people's lives? Amica Care Trust is a leading provider of supportive living solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home Care Assistant Coordinator to join our team.
About the JobWe offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a welcome bonus of up to £1,000, an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), and a refer a friend bonus of £200.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residents' rooms and common areas.
- Providing a personal laundry service to all residents.
- Coordinating and supervising the work of other Domestic Support Professionals within the home.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. You will need to have high attention to detail, ability to follow and understand instructions, and a welcome and approachable working style.
- You will have a great team work ethic, good attention to detail, and above all a compassionate nature.
