Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Dorchester and surrounding areas
We are a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality support to individuals in their own homes. Our mission is to make caring easier and more efficient, using technology to streamline administrative tasks and enhance outcomes.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this role is between £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes guaranteed hours, enhanced bank holiday rate, holiday pay, pension scheme, and mileage reimbursement.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with personal care including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Manage medications, cook or prepare hot meals, and help with domestic tasks
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to clients
No formal qualifications required, but previous experience in care work is preferred. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work are essential.
