Residential Care Assistant

Care South Residential is seeking a Residential Care Assistant to join our team in Dorchester. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents and be part of a dedicated care team.
**Pay Rate:** £11.75 - £12.00 per hour
**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and create a warm and welcoming environment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Naturally compassionate and understanding of others.
- No prior care experience necessary – full induction and training provided.
- Ability to build relationships and provide companionship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
