Dementia Care Specialist

Your main responsibilities will include leading clinical teams, managing medication, and ensuring adherence to care plans. You will also be responsible for staff training and development, as well as maintaining a safe and supportive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid NMC PIN RGN or RMN, experience working in dementia care, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: £49,000 per annum.
