The Role
This Senior Care Assistant Nights role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Selwood House care home in Charlton Down, Dorchester. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs, administering medications, and working closely with the care team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a Senior Care Assistant and leading a team
- A friendly and caring attitude
- An understanding of people with dementia
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
