Job Summary

We are seeking a Residential Operations Manager to join our team at SCR, a leading provider of residential services for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The successful candidate will have management experience within young people's residential services and hold a relevant qualification such as RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management or ILM Level 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality residential services that meet the needs of young people and their families.
  • Manage regulatory requirements associated with Ofsted registration and the home's Statement of Purpose.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Relevant management experience within young people's residential services.
  • Hold a relevant qualification such as RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management or ILM Level 5.
  • Excellent working knowledge of children's homes national minimum standards and the Children's Act 2010.

Our Offer:

  • £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
