**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join our team at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide nursing care to patients in their own homes, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

The role involves working with patients who require wound care, palliative care, IV drug administration, medication/injection administration, diabetes management, and other diverse skills. We offer a comprehensive preceptorship program for newly qualified nurses and excellent opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the Trust.

**Salary Information:** £29,970 - £36,483 per annum pro rata for part-time employees.
