Job Summary

This position requires a highly organized and detail-focused individual to assist our registered nurses in their daily duties. As a Clinical Care Assistant, you will perform numerous tasks that directly impact patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Support our registered nurses by prioritizing tasks and maintaining an efficient workflow.
  2. Conduct comprehensive health checks for new patients, including vital signs and other necessary assessments.
  3. Collaborate with Practice Nurses to develop and implement health education plans tailored to individual patients' needs.
  4. Supervise patients undergoing minor procedures, offering reassurance and comfort throughout the process.
  5. Contribute to maintaining a clean and well-organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control policies.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of primary care experience (desirable).
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
