About the Position:

  • Take lead responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the care home.
  • Develop and implement clinical care policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Nursing Home Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the nursing team.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure clinical compliance.
  • Coordinate changes in care plans and medication management.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff.
