Care Professional Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to arrange client scheduling and support the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new team members.
- Coordinate forward planning of care schedules for continuity of care.
- Support Registered Care Manager and Care Supervisors in communication with external sources.
- Document Care Professional absences and emergency calls electronically.
- Cover care calls and gaps in care schedules as required.
- Participate in on-call rota system during evenings and weekends.
- Safeguard clients against abuse and respond to allegations or complaints.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, care professionals, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in care, preferred but not essential.
- Valid driving licence and use of own vehicle.
