Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care company/agency. They should hold a Level 2 Diploma for Health and Social Care (QCF) and be familiar with Carer Planner or other relevant software. Previous experience as a care worker is also beneficial.

  • Lead and coordinate domiciliary care services to ensure high-quality care for service users.
  • Accept and manage care packages, assigning care workers to service users appropriately.
  • Produce care workers' rotas and ensure that service user care plans and care worker files are complete.
  • Monitor care workers' attendance and visit timeliness using electronic monitoring software.

Requirements:

  • At least one year's experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care company/agency.
  • Level 2 Diploma for Health and Social Care (QCF).
