Activity Programmes Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Activities Programmes Coordinator to join our team at Amica Care Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating engaging activities programmes that promote residents’ wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Job Summary:- Create and implement stimulating activity programmes for residents.
- Work closely with residents and their families to understand their needs and interests.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Plan and lead activity sessions, including games, arts, and crafts, and other creative pursuits.
- Document and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering activity programmes.
- Possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with older adults.
