Amica Care Trust is a provider of friendly, welcoming and professional support services, catering to the diverse needs of our residents.

We are seeking a passionate Social Engagement Coordinator to join our team for 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing a stimulating environment through various fun and creative activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tailoring activities programmes to maximise the wellbeing, independence and social engagement of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Plan and create a range of different and stimulating activities to bring smiles to the faces of our residents.
  • Accurately document activities completed and engagement levels.
  • Engage with residents and their families to understand their needs and interests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to be creative and plan effectively.
  • Demonstrate passion about your work.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude.

Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
