Daily Rate: £12.80 per hour

About Us: Optima Plus Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency dedicated to connecting talented individuals with rewarding employment opportunities. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in building relationships with local stakeholders and promoting the LiveWell Dorset service within communities. You'll attend community events, engage with underrepresented populations, and help individuals take their first steps towards healthier living. Working as part of the Training & Engagement Team, you'll have the autonomy to generate your own opportunities while contributing to the strategic vision of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and stakeholders.
  • Represent LiveWell Dorset at community events, both in person and virtually.
  • Promote the service through presentations, promotional stands, and outreach activities.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Understanding Health Improvement (or equivalent).
  • Experience in health promotion and working with community organisations to influence change.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, email, and databases.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and administration skills.
  • Must hold a UK driving license and have access to a car for work.
