Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, delivering high-quality care and support to residents who require assistance with daily living activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on building positive relationships with residents and their families, ensuring that they receive the care and support they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, carrying out household and domestic tasks as required.
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Supporting residents with medication management and daily routines, ensuring that they receive the necessary care and assistance.
  • Responding to changing needs and circumstances, prioritizing resident wellbeing and providing extra support when necessary.
Requirements
  • A mandatory Care Certificate is required; training provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and residents.
  • Ability to work accurately and follow instructions, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Enhanced DBS check is mandatory; assistance provided to facilitate this process.
Working Arrangements

Flexible working arrangements available, including part-time and full-time opportunities.

Competitive hourly rate: £11.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care and support.
