To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.
  • Good all-round knowledge of fire and security systems.
  • Experience of front-line customer contact, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A professional and presentable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and trust with clients.
Benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary, estimated to be around £39,092 per annum, plus overtime, on-call, and travel opportunities. Our remuneration packages are tailored to support the broader needs of our employees, including:
