Key Responsibilities- Maintain fire and security systems in your assigned area, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

- Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits in your area, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- Maintain stock levels with support from the stores team, ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Attend training sessions as required, enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible customer service.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.
- Good all-round knowledge of fire and security systems.
- Experience of front-line customer contact, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- A professional and presentable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and trust with clients.
We offer a competitive basic salary, estimated to be around £39,092 per annum, plus overtime, on-call, and travel opportunities. Our remuneration packages are tailored to support the broader needs of our employees, including:
- Basic Salary: £31,565 - £44,491 per annum.
- Overtime, On-Call, Travel Time: Typically around £10,000 per annum.
