We are seeking a skilled Charitable Support Specialist to join our team at The YOU Trust, working on a permanent basis.

SalaryThis role comes with a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as paid travel time and mileage rates for car sharing.
Job DescriptionAs a Charitable Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with statutory and non-statutory services to provide a coordinated and holistic service involving advocacy and crisis response. You will develop positive working relationships with local communities and support agencies to create a network of support for clients.
You will work closely with Hospitals, CMHTs, Substance Misuse Teams, Healthcare professionals, social prescribing initiatives, early help, and preventative approaches of partner agencies to ensure a comprehensive service delivery.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- In-depth knowledge of person-centred, asset-based support planning and risk assessments, including safeguarding children and adults.
- Awareness of factors that put people at risk of homelessness and hospital admission.
- A Level 3 NVQ qualification or equivalent work-level experience.
